At INSOMNUS, each piece is made to order, carrying intention, artwork, and frequency unique to you. As a print-on-demand brand, we do not accept returns unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
RETURN POLICY:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof for eligible replacements.
- Returns not accepted for incorrect sizes, buyer’s remorse, or inaccurate shipping info provided by the customer.
REFUND POLICY:
- Refunds only issued for damaged/misprinted items or orders lost in transit.
- Refunds processed within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Orders are final upon placement and cannot be canceled or modified once in production.
SHIPPING POLICY:
- Processing takes 2–7 business days.
- Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
- We are not responsible for customs, duties, or delays due to external circumstances.
